Welcome to my world!
I’m so glad to have you visiting this blog and following my journey from laziness, lack of energy, and being what I consider very obese… to that of an ultra-healthy individual full of energy and life!
The purpose of this blog is to keep myself accountable as well as inspire others to follow along and get healthy themselves. I plan on documenting my daily routines (eat, drink, exercise, roadblocks, achievements, etc) as I REALLY want to inspire others to do the same, to get back in shape for themselves, for their families, for life!
My name is Rick Jones and I’m just a regular guy. There is nothing special about me at all. Over the last many years I have let my health and fitness levels drop to an all time low. My energy went so far down that when I decided enough was enough, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning because I was tired and sore.
What’s worse is when I did get out of bed, I went to the kitchen, ate some crap, then sat down all day at a desk. Then, to top off my fun filled days of glory… I would move right over to the couch for the last couple hours in the evening. Not a great way of life.
Pretty sad, huh? Well, needless to say, my lifestyle was a very lethargic one. I am successful in many other things I do and teach, but when it comes to weight loss and fitness, that area of my life was lacking. That’s all changing!

I have shifted my mind to succeed. I am 110% focused on my goals and WILL succeed HUGE! I created this blog to keep myself accountable and inspire you to do the same.
