About the Journey
Welcome to my world!
I’m so glad to have you visiting this blog and cheering me on through my journey of laziness, lack of energy, and being what I consider of myself as very obese… to that of an ultra-healthy individual full of energy and life!
Along the journey, I plan on documenting everything I do to myself (eat, drink, exercise, etc) as I REALLY want to inspire others to do the same, to get back in shape for themselves, for their families, for life!
I’m just a regular guy on a mission to better his life and inspire others to do the same. Over the last many years I have let my health and fitness levels drop to an all time low. My energy went so far down that it was hard to even get out of bed in the mornings.
What’s worse than that, is when I did get out of bed, I went to the kitchen, ate some crap, then sat down all day at a desk. Then, to top off my fun filled days of glory… I would move right over to the couch for the last couple hours in the evening.
Pretty sad, huh? Well, needless to say, my lifestyle was a very lethargic one. I am successful in many other things I do and teach, but when it comes to weight loss and fitness, that area of my life was lacking.
“Change Starts In Your Mind, Nowhere Else, Period!”
One day when I woke up, I felt so bad that I knew it was time to change my life. It’s too bad I let myself go so long before I got that rude awakening, but nevertheless, I got the awakening and here I am.
I shifted my mind to succeed. I am 110% focused on my goals and WILL succeed HUGE! I just registered this blog to keep myself accountable.
What better way to be accountable to yourself, than to expose your daily activities to the world? That’s what I thought
