Well, well, well… I did it! I actually made the decision to change my body, mind and overall way of living.
It started yesterday morning when I crawled out of bed. Literally, I crawled out of the bed.
My lifestyle had gotten so lethargic, that I hardly had the energy to get up in the morning. Crazy, huh? I rolled over, looked at the clock and closed my eyes again. Then an hour later, I did the same thing.
Then finally, at about 9am I decided to get up. Honestly, I would have been happy to just stay in bed all day long, but I forced myself to get up.
It was rough. My whole body ached. I was stiff, sore and felt like absolute crap.
It was as if I had been hit by a Mac Truck or something. It was really bad. What makes it even worse when I really think about it, is that they day before I did nothing. I sat at home all day, did not even go outside once. The most activity I had was moving from bed, to the kitchen, to the couch, to a desk in my back room, to the couch, to the kitchen, to bed.
That SUCKS! It took me being so sore and stiff that i thought my life was about over for me to realize what a shitty life style I had created for myself.
NO MORE!!
I made the decision to CHANGE. I know very well that change ALL starts in your own mind, so I made the decision to change, right then and there.
I have been through so many yo-yo, roller-coaster rides over the last several years, that I wanted this time to be different. It has to be different. I NEED to change badly!
So, in order to keep myself accountable, I registered this website, got this blog set up and have committed to track my progress online for the world to see.
Hopefully along the way, I will inspire others to do the same. To change their minds, change their bodies, and change their overall way of living for the better.
Yesterday I shot a quick video to remind myself of how down and out I actually was. When I reviewed the video later in the day, I actually almost started crying. What a miserable wreck I became!
But like I say…. It has begun!! The lifestyle change and personal development push is on for me. (and hopefully now you too!) I’m ready to take my life beyond freedom and live life to it’s fullest!!
I’ll see you in the next post, where I’ll reveal what I did for the rest of the day after I shot that video and almost broke down watching it.
Then, I’ll get current with my posts and record my progress daily.
(I’m only a day behind posting here as I had to figure out this web thing and get someone to install a blog for me)
